Your pet’s wellbeing and comfort is our major concern.  Pets are checked  twice a day and are fed twice per day, unless instructed otherwise. (Durban/Ballito pet sitters)

Dogs only sleep in their kennel at night and play in shaded exercise runs during the day (only pets from the same family share the same exercise facility).

The tiled kennels are spacious and secure, each featuring a recessed sleeping area with raised beds for your pets night time comfort. Kennels are kept spotless and hygienic, being disinfected and cleaned with a high pressure hose every day.

You are welcome to bring your pet’s own bedding and blankets.
